Oleg has a Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering. He worked under a licensed electrician and has 10+ years of experience in the electrical field.
Val and Oleg have been friends for a long time and sometimes worked together on the big projects. In the year of 2015 they decided to form their own company and incorporated "Quality Electrical and Generator Services".
